It's hard to cook something yummy and delicious every night when we're both busy with school, 4 intramural teams, homework, church callings, and teaching Pilates two evenings...but with that said I try. Here are some pictures of things we eaten lately.
Not pictured: M&M's and whole grain cheez-its!
Ham & Cheese Sliders with Poppyseed dressing

Barbecue Chicken Salad

Tortilla Soup
 Brice's yummy Focaccia Bread
Pizza Muffins and a garden salad

Chopped Autumn Salad ( romaine, bacon, cranberries, almonds, feta, and poppy-seed dressing)
I love having time to plan, prepare and cook. Also grateful Brice will eat salads with me!!

This weekend we stayed busy with sporting events! Friday night we went to the BYU vs University Central Florida football game! We went with our cool friends, The Catts. Check out her blog Life Full of People she's sweet, crafty, a good talker, and one of my closest friends. The boys really enjoyed the game, all their hooping and hollering and stomping, Michelle and I tried to sing the fight song, and well the little girl next to us really wasn't enjoying it at all.

On Saturday we cleaned, worked-out, ate chips, and went to the UVU vs Montana soccer game. A sweet friend from high school, Kristen is a keeper for Montana and she invited us to come watch. We were happy to lay a blanket out on the grass and watch the game.
Sunday was calm with early church, meetings, and home/visiting teaching. Skyping and napping of course.
P.S. Brice just helped me create this table and make it all fancy using HTML. Now I can cross that off my bucket list and never do it again!
We celebrated our first year of marriage over a month ago and I was dying for some new pictures of both of us. And not the kind where Brice holds the camera in his hand and reaches out as far in front of us as he can, and then we squish our heads together so we'll both fit. Sometimes those pictures work just fine. But not this time. We called Paige Wright at Adventures with Walter, an awesome cousin and fancy photographer. We kept it low key in Springville only trespassing once...sorry we didn't find more off-limit places hun! Now its time to pick our favorites and hang them right above our couch on our homemade shelves. DIY shelves next post promise!

Football.
College football for that matter.
It's big in our house- mostly husband though.Last weekend we had a rough time. BYU lost to Texas and IOWA lost to Iowa State. It was a sad night around here. Thankfully, tomorrow BYU takes on those clowns up at UTAH and we're going to beat um! I can feel it! I sure hope Iowa wins too because then I could probably drag Brice to frozen yogurt to celebrate! Looking forward to an afternoon of watching football with my husband- hope Brice is happy after all of it!
Go cougars and hawkeyes!
Those

who bring
sunshine

to the lives of

others

cannot keep it from

themselves.

1. School is back. Brice and I are both excited about our classes this semester. Mr. Smarty-pants himself already challenged out of one of his IT classes. So he gets the 3 credits hours, but doesn't have to do anything more for the class.

2. Running...always on my mind!

3. Registration for the Boston Marathon is in 14 days...

3. Canon EOS Rebel SLR... remember that money we just got? I should save it but this is just on my mind 24/7. And now we have a blog so our pictures really should be better quality, right? Click here to find out why I'm so excited.

4. Pilates. I'm teaching three Pilates classes a week now...2 for BYU and one for a dance studio close by! I love being paid to exercise!

5. babies. babies. babies.
