Henry is 18 months old.
This little guy brings so much love into our family. He's usually the most easy going, happy kid but is definitely getting more sensitive to emotions and being pushed around.

Weight: 22 pounds
Height: 32 inches

- loves sleeping with his swaddle blanket and fox.
- naps from 12 to 2:30-3:00
- eats all day long. Will eat anything except for meat.
- He loves attention from Hazel as long as he's not getting hugged too tightly or pulled around.
- Still wearing 6-12 month clothes and some 12-18 month.
- size 3 diapers and size 5 shoes.
- I bought him the cutest red Saucony's. He loves getting his shoes on and off.
- He's great at following instructions and putting things in the trash can.
- Points and grunts a lot still.
- Learning animal sounds. Can imitate a cow, fish, duck, and elephant. His little squirrel act will get you laughing every time though.
- Loves singing "Do as I'm doing" but isn't sure about going to nursery.
- Henry sure loves his dad but is definitely a mama's boy. When he needs comforting he comes straight to my arms everytime.
- He isn't scared to swim at all and jumps right into  our arms.
- Still loves trucks and cars and dogs!
- Pulls cords out of the wall sockets like that is his only job and loves turning the vacuum on and off. HE knows exactly what do to with the broom and loves to help sweep.
- Still terrified of the drive-thru car wash and loves all fruits and veggies!

Happy Father's Day to all of the fathers in our lives. I feel so lucky to have a father and father-in law that are kind and fun and great examples of the Savior.
Today, especially though I look at Brice, the father in my life everyday who is the biggest help and the best dad. He is the kid's favorite to wrestle, tickle, and play with. He builds the best things with duplos. He's the only one that will volunteer to make pancakes or bake cookies. HE's the one that suggests we have dessert that night. He's great at teaching new songs, disciplining without losing his cool, and loves being greeted at the door each day.
We think you're the best babe and you are loved by everyone in our little family. I sure hope you feel it.

Enjoy your new "dad things" like hair gel, t-shirts and a razor!

:: henry ::

^ We celebrated National Donut Day with free donuts from Krispy Kreme. The kids have only had donuts one other time so they were pretty excited ^

^ Henry has mastered the stairs, going up and down ^

^ An afternoon at the Temple. Mostly Hazel thought it was like the Arboretum. ^

^ Lots of workouts! Sweaty humid workouts ^

^ Even more pool days ^

These two are either best buds or the total opposite. Henry has learned the acts of pulling hair, swiping snacks, and bulldozing Hazel's creations.  He does it all with a smile on his face and that just irks Hazel so bad. They've started playing tag together and hide-and-seek and love to snuggle at the end of the day. I hope they stay close because when they're cute- they are just so darn cute!
