Here's last weeks' workouts- more for me than anyone else!

Monday: 10 miles in 1:20 and Insanity ab workout
Tuesday: 6 miles and Insanity Cardio Circuit
Wednesday: 10 miles 
Thursday: 7 miles in 52 minutes
Friday: 12 miles plus ab workout (using stability ball)
Saturday: 7 miles, easy outside
Sunday: REST!

This week's total miles: 52
