Wednesday: 6 easy miles and P90x abs
Thursday: 10 miles and insanity class
Friday: 7 miles and ab workout
Saturday: 6 miles done at 1/4 mile intervals
Sunday: rest day! I was so so sore this week from the insanity workouts!
