Monday: 7 easy miles and Insanity
Tuesday: 12 miles and BBG
Wednesday: 8 miles total with 8 Yasso 1/2 miles at 3:05
Thursday: 11 miles and BBG
Friday: 5 easy miles outside
Saturday: 17 mile long run (12 miles with Brice averaging a 7:40 pace and then 5 miles alone averaging 7:10 pace)
Sunday: rest day

Total miles: 60
Thoughts: I really love marathon training. Seeing the progression of my runs and watching my pace all while actually feeling great is really motivating! I felt great doing every workout but I've gone to bed by 9:00-9:30 every night so I'm definitely feeling it.
