Monday: 14 miles long run in 1:40 
Tuesday: 10 miles easy pace + circuit workout
Wednesday: 7 miles @ .25 mile intervals (fast and then slow)
Thursday: 12 miles
Friday: 7 miles plus insanity workout
Saturday: 6 miles with Brice in 53 minutes + 4 miles at interval pace
Sunday: rest day, watch conference, and eat!

Weekly total: 60 miles
